Honey processing is a careful and methodical series of steps designed to transform raw honey from beehives into a delectable product available for consumption. The process typically begins with carefully extracting honeycombs from beehives, a task performed by skilled beekeepers using specialized tools. Once extracted, the honeycombs undergo uncapping, wherein a hot knife or an automated uncapping machine is used to release the honey from the comb.
The uncapped frames are then placed in a centrifuge or honey extractor, utilizing centrifugal force to separate the honey from the comb. The extracted honey undergoes filtration to remove finer particles, ensuring a smoother and cleaner end product. In this filtration process, we heat honey at a low temperature and mix a few petals of rose leaves after some time wax floats on the top of the separated honey. And then we collect honey separated from the wax in a bottle.
The final stage involves packaging the processed honey into various containers for distribution and sale. Honey processing facilities adhere to stringent hygiene and quality standards to guarantee the purity and safety of the final product.
