Red Chilli Powder

The journey of our product Mirchi powder begins within our farms where we grow a variety of our products like our raw material for Mirchi powder Mirch. After carefully selecting healthy seeds which are then sowed on the farm in rows during summer: January- February and winter: July- August. The cultivation process demands continuous care and maintenance, including moist soil not too wet nor too dry. Harvesting approximately occurs 60 to 100 days after planting. Mirch is ready for harvest when the skin is glossy and it is firm. mirch can be harvested before it starts to change its color. After harvesting the crops we clean them and dry them in shadow. And as per demand from our customers, we grind and pack them.
